XINFOTEC LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates JD Match (jdmatch.ai), an AI-powered resume optimization service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes your rights regarding refunds for paid subscriptions and how to cancel your subscription.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Pro and Pro Plus). If you are not satisfied with our service within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade to a paid plan, you may request a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the charge

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
  • The money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment, not to renewal charges

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

  • How to cancel: Use the billing management portal in your account (Dashboard → Billing), or contact support
  • No partial refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Data retention: Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of your paid period; thereafter, we retain data per our Privacy Policy

4. Refunds Outside the 14-Day Period

Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee period or for subscription renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may grant refunds for technical failures, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

5. Free Plan

The free plan does not require payment and is not subject to refunds. You may discontinue use at any time without charge.
