Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of JD Match (jdmatch.ai) and related services operated by XINFOTEC LLC. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

JD Match is intended for lawful job-search and career development purposes. You may use the Service to:

  • Create and optimize resumes for your own job applications
  • Analyze job descriptions and improve resume compatibility
  • Check ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility
  • Use features within the limits of your subscription plan

3. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (e.g., fake credentials, fabricated experience)
  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party systems
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service beyond your permitted use
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written consent
  • Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or subscription restrictions
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Use the Service for any purpose inconsistent with its intended use as a resume optimization tool

4. Content Standards

Content you upload (resumes, job descriptions) must be accurate and your own, or you must have the right to use it. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not contain defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with authorities.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
